Ceramic Fiber Rope Gasket is a dense material is equivalent to dense fiberglass rope, it is made from ceramicfiber yarn and reinforced with fiberglass for added strength.ceramic rope both round and squareare braided and can withstand temperatures much higher then fiberglass. Ceramic rope can withstand 2,300 degrees F | 1,260 degrees C. It is not as strong as fiberglass but has a low thermal conductivity it is also light weight, chemical and fire resistant. It is a very good gasket for wood and coal burning appliances.
