Return Policy
NO refunds or returns on parts that have been installed or used, or on any part
that uses electricity
Return Period
All returns must be pre-authorized by us within 7 days from the date merchandise
was received, and returned to us within 21 days from the date merchandise was
received. Items mailed or shipped to us without contacting us first will not
be processed. Returned parts must be in new and un-used condition and in their
original boxes with all included accessories, instructions etc. Customer is
responsible for all shipping costs, and there will be a restocking fee applied,
no exceptions. If Dodds Brothers Wholesale Supply & Distributing ship the
incorrect part our Policy is very simple, you the customer should call us with
in 7 days from the date merchandise was received, and Dodds Brothers Wholesale
Supply & Distributing send you RMA paperwork as soon as we receive that
back we will issue an RMA #. Dodds Brothers Wholesale Supply & Distributing
WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY BUT WILL PROVIDE THE CORRECT PART. IF THE CUSTOMER
ORDERS THE WRONG PART Dodds Brothers Wholesale Supply & Distributing WILL
ONLY EITHER ISSUE A STORE CREDIT OR SHIP THE CORRECT PART if Dodds Brothers
Sales and Service AUTHORIZES THE RETURN. All return items are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
if we authorize the return, that number must be written on the outside of the
shipping package and on a piece of paper on the inside of the package. The RMA#
expires 21 days from the date it was issued. Any return without an RMA or expired
RMA will not be processed.

Warranty

unless otherwise stated in the catalog or on the website. Customer is responsible
for all shipping costs, No exceptions. Dodds Brothers Wholesale Supply &
Distributing will not be liable for any costs of removal, reinstallation or
transportation or any other charges which may arise in connection with a warranty
claim. Warranty starts from date of purchase, if you do not have your invoice,
warranty will be calculated from manufacturers date. SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION
AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted
by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement
of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and
which have not been misused, carelessly handled (such as hard water or rust
deposits in circulator pumps), or misrepaired by persons other than Seller.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special Order Items (There are "No Cancellations ") You cannot cancel
once we place the order from the factory for non-stock items. Special Order
items require some additional time before they can be shipped. For example,
"Special Order" adds 2-4 weeks for Product adjustment time. Your Special
Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved
in advance, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the
status of your Special Order item by e-mail or phone. There are No Cancellations
or Returns.
Security and Privacy
We ensure that our secure online ordering system will honor your privacy. Your
credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest
standards of safety, security, and confidentiality.
Shipping Policy
We ship using USPS. Shipping Method and Costs Depend on the item(s)
you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different
shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions
and charges that will be applied to your order. The delivery time is based on
stock availability of all part(s). Delivery time is calculated on business days
which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
FREIGHT POLICY
All shipments are prepaid and, any extra charges incurred for additional services,
such as shipment to point specified by customer will be added to order total.
It is the recipients responsibility to inspect the pallet for damage, and make
notes of any damage in writing before signing and accepting it. The delivery
time is based on stock availability of all part(s).
Shipping Times
During our peak season August - March it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to ship then 3 -10 days for delivery once the order has shipped. Once the order is placed if it is cancelled there will be a 25% restocking/cancelation fee no exceptions

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Standard Domestic Shipping: Within the U.S.A. Orders up to $50.00 are $10.00 shipping, for each $1 over $50.00 it is $0.20 per dollar or 20%. With the exception of oversized and restricted products there will be additional shipping fee for these. Allow 7-14 Calendar Days for shipping with the exception of oversized and restricted products. Oversized and restricted products can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship.
(Oversized and restricted items are at our discretion.)
